Q  :  What’s the difference between Build A Box and Premade Box?

BUILD A BOX allows the customer to create their own gift, starting from the Box, Gift Items, and Card. Whereas Premade Box would be helpful when you have no idea what to gift or if you need some inspiration, you can pick one of Box & Tale’s curated Packages.

Q  :  How much will the gift cost?

The price may vary according to the items you put inside your box or the premade package you choose, so you can cater it to your budget.

Q  :  How many items can I fit inside the box?
A  : 

Customer decides the contents of the box, so the number varies. There will be notification letting you know if the box is already full.

Q  :  Can I just order the box only and what is included in it?
A  : 

Of course you can purchase the box only, included in it is a gift card, ribbon, paper shredder, and tissue paper.

Q  :  Can I just order the gift items only, without the box?
A  : 

Every purchase must include the gift box.

Q  :  How long does it take to complete a box?
A  : 

The whole process from your order to the shipping takes about 2-7 days, depending on the complexity of the personalization (please consider extra days for delivery time).

Q  :  How can I estimate the arrival time of the gift box?

Customers can adjust the arrival time by inputting the expected arrival time in the order form. Box And Tale will ship the gift box accordingly (disclaimer : arrival time may be late if the courier experiences the unexpected, please allocate some spare time and input the exact address to avoid delay).

Box And Tale provides delivery service through courier services which range from JNE (covers all Indonesia area) & GoSend (covers Jabodetabek area).

Box & Tale is available for deliveries throughout the Indonesia area.

Currently Box & Tale only delivers within the Indonesia area. But, we can help if you are overseas and wanting to deliver gifts to your loved ones in Indonesia.

Absolutely, you can fill the delivery address with your recipient’s details and we’ll send it directly to them!

Q  :  What if I had special requests?

If you have special requests regarding specific delivery date or details of your gift box, please kindly write it down on the NOTE FOR BOX column during checkout or contact our team through our WhatsApp or Line@.

Q  :  What are the payment options available?

We have plenty of payment options for you, ranging from Credit Card, Bank Transfer from various banks, Gopay, Ovo, Shopeepay, and more. We also accept PayPal for International Payments (please kindly contact us for assistance).

Q  :  If the box arrives and the contents are messed up during deliveries, what is the needed action?

Before shipping out the boxes, Box And Tale will give the customer a picture of the assembled and completed gift box. If the unfortunate happens during deliveries, you can arrange the products as photographed in the picture.
